Well, the launch of my new comic was a smash, if I say so myself! Throngs of people came out on a hideously rainy night in Toronto to Buddies in Bad Times Theatre’s cabaret space last night to hear a reading and interview featuring me and the gorgeous and brilliant Sasha Van Bonbon, who was a most excellent host for the evening. We sold a ton of copies and there was considerable interest in some of the original art that was on view at the event – I sold a drawing! Thanks again to Chris and Peter at The Beguiling, Sasha, Bill Grigsby and Landon Whittaker from Reactor, and my gorgeous, patient, fancy boyfriend, Gordon Bowness. Extra special thanks, as always to my publisher Anne Koyama, lady, you are nutso! I LOVE YOU!!! By the way she and I will be at the Brooklyn Comics and Graphics Festival this weekend.
